My MVMCP tickets do not show up on " My Plans" -- why not ?

    Bonjour Wendy Charlene,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Quebecker!

I’m thrilled to hear that you’re going to be attending one of my favourite Holiday events at Walt Disney World Resort: Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I’ve heard that there are going to be some exciting new additions to this year’s Party, including a new fireworks show! Nothing gets me into the “Spirit of the Season” more than watching the “snow” fall on Main Street U.S.A.

Based on my experience, Special Event Tickets for events such as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party don’t pop up in the Daily Itinerary section of the “My Plans” page in your My Disney Experience account. If you look at the top of that section, you’ll see that there’s a tab called “Tickets & Memory Maker”. If you’ve linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you should see them pop up there. If you have trouble finding them, I’d encourage you to contact Walt Disney World Resort ASAP in order to “untangle” your tickets and vacation plans.

I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect Disney Holiday season! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
