Hi Moms! We have MVMCP tickets and I made a DDR for BOG for the same night. Since then I’ve heard of not sitting down to a meal during the party due to time restraints. Is it possible to eat dessert only there so we can still get pics with the Beast?

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Janice! Your holiday season is going to be merry and bright with the help of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

I would agree with your advice that a full meal at Be Our Guest would really hamper your ability to see and do everything that the Christmas Party has to offer. I know this because I had dinner there during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and I felt like I was going to miss a lot of the party! Instead of a full meal, I enjoyed my favorite French Onion Soup with crusty bread and a glass of wine before seeing The Master at the exit to the castle. I would think ordering a small meal or dessert would be a great way to experience the restaurant and the party at the same time. Now, if you’re going for dessert, you simply MUST try the Gray Stuff. Walt Disney World Resort serves it atop a brownie which, in my opinion, is a much tastier option than the cracker in Disneyland. The chocolate is a divine match!

If I can help you further plan your holiday, please let me know. I’ve explored every cranny of the West Wing in order to assist! ~ Lindsey P.
