Hi Mums We are travelling to WDW in June 2010 and are planning Epcot on Fri 18th. What is a good time to book the Akershus restaurant for my princess crazy 4.5 year old bearing in mind that we would love to watch the fireworks? Thank you.

    Hi there Simone!

I can't think of a better venue to take your "princess crazy" daughter than Akershus for  the Princess Storybook Dinner!  Illuminations begins at 9pm, and can be seen anywhere around the World Showcase Lagoon.  Guests start securing spots for the show about one hour before the performance, but you can get a great view right up until the show as long as you are comfortable not being right along the water's edge.  I would recommend scheduling your dinner for around 7pm.  Assuming you are done by 8:30 or so, you have plenty of time to grab a spot.  I'm guessing waiting much longer for the performance to begin won't be easy with a four-year-old in tow!

    Have a magical evening!
