Hello Mums I really need help! I am driving myself crazy trying to decide what resort to stay in. We are going back and forth on the Contemporary or the Polynesian? We have a 4 1/2 year old girl and a 1 year old girl. Are the dining plans worth it? pools

Hi Meghan - Both of those resorts are great options, so you can't go wrong.  However, since you have a 4 year old and a 1 year old, I'd think that transportation is probably your biggest concern.  In that case, I'd stay at the Polynesian, because it has the most convenient transportation on property in my opinion.  If you stay at the Polynesian, you can walk to the Ticket and Transportation Center for direct monorails to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, and direct buses at Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.

The food at the Polynesian is great also.  My kids have always loved breakfast and dinner at 'Ohana, and the Kona Cafe serves my favorite breakfast on property.

As for the dining plan, I generally do think it's worth it if you plan on eating all of your meals on property.  Just make sure that you make your table service meal reservations in advance, because the most popular location do fill up well in advance.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
