    Hello Mums/Dads.I was wondering Travellers Cheques is accepted in WDW?If yes where(shops, restaurants, Downtown)?Also when can I found out the exact date of the 2012 Star Wars weekends?I already booked 18/05/12-28/05/12 and bought the plane tickets.Thanks

    Hi Kata!

    We've used Traveler's Cheques all around Walt Disney World and Downtown Disney.  The only places you might have an issues is at some of the street salespeople (balloons, light-up goodies, etc.).

    The dates for 2012 Star Wars Weekends have yet not been announced.  Last year it was the last 2 weekends of May, and the first 2 of June.  I'm thinking your dates look pretty good, but make sure you check the Disney Parks Blog for the official announcement some time in 2012!  (last year the announcement was made in February)
