Hi Mums! Can you confirm the gust assistance pass is still available, with the same procedures to get it? Have genetic condition which causes musculoskeletal plus more issues, GAC is vital for me! Wouldn't be able to do Disney without it. HUGE THANKS!!

    Hi, Michelle!

    Not to worry!

Walt Disney World still offers Guest Assistance Cards for Guests who have medical needs which may prevent them from enjoying the parks otherwise.

When I traveled to WDW this past April on my high school's senior class trip, I assisted several students in obtaining their Guest Assistance Cards. Simply bring  a note from your doctor, specifying what your needs are (not a diagnosis, which would be an invasion of privacy) and present that to a Cast Member at Guest Relations in any park. For example, if you require an alternate entrance to avoid standing for extended periods of time, your GAC will enable you to access such an entrance whenever it is available.

This will surely help you to navigate all of the fun throughout the parks, Michelle, which is exactly what WDW is all about! :-)

Send more questions as you think of them, too; we love to help!
