Hello mums. We have booked 14 nights at AKL staying in a standard room club level. Are we guranteed a savannah view or do i need to request one? This is our first trip, my 4y/o is wild about animals i want to make the trip as memorable for him as possible.

    Hello Kathryn,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is my favourite Walt Disney World Resort so you’re in for a real treat! I just love the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that surrounds you the moment you step through the doors into its magnificent lobby. My son absolutely loves waking up in the morning, running to the window and tearing open the curtains in order to see all of the NANIMALS roaming around outside. I usually enjoy sipping on my morning coffee while watching the animals have their breakfast too!

Before I start begging you to take me with you, I can confirm that a “Standard” Club-Level room at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is, in fact, a Savanna View room, with views of Arusha Savanna.

You’re in for an absolutely wonderful vacation! If you need any other help planning your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

PS: Now… PLEASE TAKE ME WITH YOU!! I won’t take up much space in your luggage, I swear!! :)
