    My mum and Dad have their own accounts on my Disney experience, both of them have their character profile picture selected on their accounts, but it doesn’t show up when i have added them to my family and friends list, others characters are showing?

    Hi Clare! I'm so glad you are asking about this now. You definitely want to ensure everything is linked properly when you are setting up dining, making FastPass+ selections or completing your online check-in.

    Sometimes Stitch gets a little excited when Guests are coming to visit him and My Disney Experience accounts get duplicated. Your mum and dad's accounts may be perfectly fine, but to be sure, I recommend you reach out to My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ at 0800 16 90 749. The friendly Cast Members will review the accounts to ensure everything is as it should be. I just experienced a similar situation and the Cast Member made changes to the accounts and now everything is perfect. The entire process was fast and efficient and the Cast Member was amazing!

    We have visited Walt Disney World in August many times and it's a great time of year to visit! Plus, now, more than ever is such a special year to be at the Disney Parks!
