I have multiple tickets attached to my disney experience account, when I go to the park how can I tell the system which ticket I want to use? I have hopper and 1 park per day currently and obviously want to use the park hopper first...

    Welcome to planDisney, Jeffrey!

In just a couple of weeks you will be returning to a world of magic! Thank you for visiting us with a great question, we are excited to help you plan the details of your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Due to the current situation, certain updates have been made following guidance from health authorities and appropriate government agencies. Some experiences and offerings have been modified or are temporarily paused, including ticket add-ons like Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus. I recommend checking for updates on parks and tickets, but I believe visiting more that one park per day will still not be an option during your travel dates. I absolutely love park hopping, so I will keep my fingers crossed and hope this option returns soon!

Depending on the terms and conditions at the time of purchase, your tickets may be valid until 2021, so if you are planning on visiting again next year, it may be a good idea to hold on to your park hopper tickets a little longer. I spoke to a Cast Member who informed me that you may also request a refund of the park hopper or park hopper plus add-on by visiting Guest Relations at any of the theme parks, or calling Walt Disney World Ticketing at (407) 566-4985. They will verify the terms and conditions of your tickets and check available options, and they can also help you set the hierarchy of your tickets to determine the order in which you would like to use them. You can also advise Cast Members at the entrance of the first theme park you go to that you have multiple tickets. They will select the one you are using for that particular visit before you tap in your MagicBand or ticket card.

Please note that in order to manage attendance during reopening, all Guests are required to make a theme park reservation in advance for each park they want to visit. In order to enter a park, you will need both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date. Reservations are already available online via the Disney Park Pass system.

I hope this helps you while planning, Jeffrey. Stop by once again real soon for more tips and advice, we are thrilled to help!

    Best magical wishes,
