How do I make a multiple room reservations and then ask for conjoining rooms? I'm looking to travel with my family of 8 adults and 3 under 18. Disney World, Florida

    Hello there, Alexis!

Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with a large group of friends and family is what dreams are made of. My family always enjoys bouncing between adjoining rooms to coordinate our outfits together before going to the theme parks.

Your best bet for ensuring that your party has adjoining or nearby rooms is to make your request as early as possible. You can message the Help Center to add a note to an existing reservation number or dial the number at the bottom of the Help Center page to make your reservations and add a note to the reservation. I can’t guarantee that the Cast Members will be able to provide connecting or nearby rooms, but I know they’ll go the distance to do everything in their power to make your stay magical.

You can improve your chances of getting connecting or nearby rooms by adding the request during the Online Check-In process. I hope you get everything you wish for on your vacation.

If you want to ensure your group stays together, I’d also recommend linking all of your accounts on the My Disney Experience app on the “Family & Friends List.” This way, you can make dining reservations, Genie+ selections, and Enchanting Extras together. Like they sang in High School Musical, it’s so much fun keeping everyone close “together, together, come on, let’s have some fun.”

May the magic be with you!
