We will have multiple families staying in a Saratoga Springs Villa. Can each family set up their own account for charging food and souvenirs to the room? Also, if we check in on line, can just one person pick up the reservation documents for everyone?

    Hi Paul!

It sounds like you have a great fun filled vacation planned for Walt Disney World. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort is a great place to gather family and friends to enjoy a stay together.

Each separate family or family member may certainly set up their account to handle their own expenses during their vacation. When you arrive simply go to the resort concierge and have them do this for you. You will have your own PIN number and it is not difficult to do. When you have different families in one villa it is suggested you do this to keep the check-out process much more simple. Trying to figure out who bought what at the end of a vacation can ruin some of the magic that was made.

One person may also handle the on-line check-in or check-in at the resort as long as that name is on the reservation. This works out well too if there are family members or friends who won't be arriving until late at night. They can bypass the front desk and head directly to the villa because it has been checked-in. The next morning they can stop by the front desk to arrange for credit cards on their account.

We do this with our own family many times when sharing a villa during a Disney vacation. It is easy and makes for a wonderful way to share accommodations in a simple way.

    Enjoy your upcoming Disney vacation!
