    My multipark ticket number isn’t recognized by Disney app...can’t make park or dinner reservations....

    To help you with linking your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket to your My Disney Experience account, I am going to suggest you get assistance from the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk. You can contact the Help Desk Cast Members by calling them at (407) 939-4357. You can also connect with them through the online chat service.

    Typically, you can easily link your theme park tickets by entering the Ticket ID Number or Will Call Confirmation Number, though it sounds like your ticket linking is not working as expected. The cool and friendly Cast Members on the Internet Help Desk can work with you to look into the linking issue you're experiencing.

    I'm hopeful that you can get your theme park tickets linked and make your theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system as well as make dining reservations for the fun restaurants you want to enjoy.
