We have multi day tickets set to expire January 2021. The expiration dat was extended to mid December 2021. We cannot visit until June 2022. Can they be used as credit towards new tickets? Do we have to do this over the phone with a cast member?

    Hey Tracey!

Thanks for stopping by with your question and welcome to planDisney!
I’m delighted to hear that your tickets were extended to December 16, 2021. But please don't worry if you are still unable to use the tickets before the new expiration date. That’s because according to eTicket Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.

And you do not need to call prior to your trip to do this. When you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort in 2022, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth or Guest Relations inside the park. A Cast Member will assist you by applying your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

If you have any additional questions, you are welcome to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636.

Thanks again for stopping by! Please come back with your future questions!
