I have 3 multi day passes 2 adults, 1 child. I am a veteran who bought tickets several years ago from an MWR on a military installation. I am planning a trip this summer, how can I find out if my tickets are still valid

    Hi Alexis!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help!

For ticket questions regarding old Walt Disney World theme park ticket media, the quickest way to get answers is to speak with a Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member that handles existing ticket inquiries. They can be reached at (407)566-4985. I've needed to contact them regarding tickets before, and have sometimes been asked to provide a photo of the actual ticket media via email. They'll be able to tell you if your theme park tickets are still valid, and how many days, if any, are still available.

If the tickets you purchased were sold to you with a "no expiration" option, it's possible there may be remaining days available on the tickets. While Walt Disney World no longer sells "no expiration" tickets, they will honor any tickets that are still valid.

I hope this helps with your planning for your upcoming Disney vacation.

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
