If I have a multi day pass, can I use 2 passes for 2 parks in the same day?

    Hi John! Welcome to planDisney!

You must be SO excited to visit the Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow! I bet you are also super busy today as you plan the last-minute details of your trip, run errands, and pack your luggage. It will all be worth it when you are relaxing on vacation and taking in all the magic that the theme parks have to offer!

When I was just beginning to vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort as an adult and had to plan my days in the theme parks, I purchased a 5-day 1 Park Per Day ticket for my vacation. I was only visiting for four days, but I thought I could use the last day to hop to another theme park on the same day as my last day. I learned quickly that you can't do that! To visit two theme parks on the same day, you must have the Park Hopper Option tickets instead. This was years ago, but the same rules apply now. At least I used my mistake for research, right? Ha!

If you want to visit multiple Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day, you can upgrade your ticket to add the Park Hopper Option. You can make the upgrade on the My Disney Experience mobile app or when you arrive at the theme parks. Keep in mind that you can't upgrade just one day of your multi-day ticket. You will have to upgrade the entire ticket. Since this is the case, you will probably want to upgrade on the first day so you can get the most value of it!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, John! Please let us know if you have any other questions
