Hello MP! Several years ago, they had caricature artists in Animal Kingdom. Does anyone know if they are still there? And if not if they are anywhere else in WDW? My parents have caricatures of all their kids and I would love to get one of my son for them!

    Hi there Holly!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

There are indeed still Caricature Artists at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park as well as at many other locations around the parks and resorts! At Animal Kingdom Park, the artists are usually located just as you arrive on Discovery Island and head to your right, in front of the Disney Outfitters shop. Another sure-fire place to find an artist in the parks is in Magic Kingdom Park over in Liberty Square.

If you find yourself venturing around the Resort Monorail from Magic Kingdom, an artist is also set up in the evenings in the concourse of Disney's Contemporary Resort, on the 4th floor just outside the Contempo Cafe and Chef Mickey's.

These are a few of the locations I noted during my visit just a few weeks ago. I hope one of them fits into your plans so that you can provide your parents with the next caricature of their grandchild! What a fun tradition they have started!

If you have additional questions or would like to know about more caricature locations, please feel free to write me back Holly. I'd love to hear from you again soon!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
