Hello MP!! Does Main street Bakery have gluten free items (other than that poor brownie)? Are the rice crispy treats gluten free? Coming in December and bringing 4 grandkids, 4yo DGD is gluten intolerant, with all the holiday treats- want her to enjoy too.

    Hello, Kimberly,

Heading to WDW with your 4 grandkids in December, how absolutely magical!

First, I thought it would help if you read more about Special Diets at Walt Disney World to learn more about making requests for accommodations and counter service restaurants that will have available options for your granddaughter.

Next, if you visit and do a search for gluten free, you'll find many articles about visiting WDW while avoiding gluten.  It will also link you to many other helpful sites that have more information, including Similarly, is filled with lots of good information; just search for Walt Disney World

In researching, I found a conflict of answers regarding the rice crispy treats being gluten-free, so I would encourage you to check directly with a cast member to confirm the ingredients.

Finally, did you know there is a BabyCakes NYC located in Downtown Disney, which offers an entire bakery of both gluten-free and vegan treats?  The treats are wonderfully delicious.

    Wishing you a fantastic trip!
