MP, DVC mbrs excited to be traveling from Germany to WDW in June. Planning to ship a pkg to the hotel, to include our swim gear. We'll arrive b4 reg check-in time; is it possible to get into the pkg & and still store it with our luggage while waiting?t

    Hi Betty Ann,

It's a great idea to ship some of your items to your resort ahead of time, especially when you are traveling from so far away.  You can really save on luggage fees, as well as simply saving the hassle of dragging everything with you through airports.  When you ship your items, please be sure to include somewhere on the package your name, your reservation number and your arrival date.  This way, the resort will know what day you are arriving so that they can have your package ready for you.  Be sure to ship far enough in advance to allow your package plenty of time to get there!

Your package should be waiting for you at bell services at your resort when you arrive.  You will be able to get your package before check-in time to retrieve any items that you need from it.  If you like, you can then return the package to bell services to store it with the rest of your luggage while waiting for your room to become ready.

I hope this information helps, Betty Ann.  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
