If the movies under the stars goes back to showing at 7-ish pm in November, would it be feasible for me to go to POR for the movie and then take the boat to DD for T-Rex reservation at 9pm or is that cutting close?

    Hi Kathryn,

If the movie starts at 7:00 pm and most Disney movies will last around 1 1/2 hours, I really don't think you will make your 9:00 pm reservations at T-REX.  I would suggest instead of going to Port Orleans- Riverside to watch the Movie Under the Stars at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  You will be right next to Downtown Disney.  You can catch the bus by the Springs (which is right next to the main pool) to Downtown Disney which will take around 10 minutes.  You will still be cutting it close by seeing the movie, however, I think this will be a better option for possible seeing the movie.  Please let me know if I can help you any further, Kathryn.  Have a magical vacation!
