Ahoy, Lina, and welcome to planDisney! I like the way you're thinking. Between the Broadway-style shows, onboard activities, port adventures, and tasty meals during a Disney cruise, it's nice to sometimes take a break with a good movie.
Head to Deck 4 on the
Disney Wish to visit the Wonderland and Never Land Cinemas, your go-to spots to watch Disney films. Entertainment is subject to change, but you should have a variety of newer releases and beloved films to enjoy during your July 2026 cruise. The list may include Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, Hoppers, Zootopia 2, The Devil Wears Prada 2, Hannah Montana: The Movie, The Princess Diaries, Captain America: Civil War, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and others. Additional films that debut before your sailing may also be added to the schedule. If you can, get to the cinema a little early to take a look at the thoughtful design details at each location, like the door handle at Wonderland Cinema!
Check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you board the ship and connect to Wi-Fi to see the most current movie schedule for your sailing, including when and where each film is playing. I recommend looking at the movies scheduled to play on Funnel Vision, too. This is the jumbo LED screen that overlooks Mickey's pool. Imagine lounging back on the deck, watching a classic Disney movie with fresh air and ocean views – it's amazing!
Beyond movies, there's a lot to look forward to on board, like
Pirate Night on Day 2 of your sailing. The swashbuckling fun usually includes a rock-and-roll deck party, a special dinner menu, themed activities, and more. It all leads up to fireworks at sea (weather permitting), one of my favorite cruise experiences. Pack a pirate outfit if you'd like to dress up for the festivities!
Lina, I hope you have a fantastic time during your Bahamian cruise. If you think of any other questions between now and embarkation day, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at
planDisney!
Your pal,
Kriss
