Ahoy, William, and welcome to planDisney! You must be so excited – your 4-Night Baja Cruise is just around the corner. I have so much to say about the charming
Disney Wonder, but first, let's talk movies!
During your cruise aboard the Disney Wonder, head to Deck 5 to visit the
Buena Vista Theater. There, you'll be able to watch movies that may include the live-action Lilo & Stitch, Moana 2, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Freakier Friday, Tron: Ares, Zootopia 2, Avatar: Fire and Ash, and others.
Entertainment is subject to change, so your best bet is to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Once you're on the ship, connect to the Wi-Fi and your app will populate with all the entertainment details for your cruise, including which movies will be playing and when. You never know if there will be a surprise premiere in store, so make sure to check!
In the app, you'll also be able to see what movies are playing on Funnel Vision. This is the jumbo LED screen overlooking
Goofy's Pool. You can lounge back in a chair and watch animated and live-action movies out in the open air. One of my favorite mornings on the Disney Wonder was when my family and I relaxed in the whirlpool spa and played in the pool while watching A Goofy Movie. If you get hungry, there are quite a few poolside dining options to pick from.
Beyond movies, you can look forward to deck parties, Broadway-style shows, activities like trivia and silent disco, and so much more. Make sure to leave time to explore some of the lounges, too. I really liked
French Quarter Lounge – try to get a spot inside the streetcar and enjoy a coffee and a fresh beignet! My husband loved
Crown & Fin Pub, one of the adult lounges. It feels like a classic British pub, and he liked that live sporting events are broadcast here through multiple televisions.
Before we say goodbye, I also want to mention that there is a
Pirate Night during your cruise – it's currently scheduled for Day 3. Pack a pirate outfit and get ready for some swashbuckling fun!
