Ahoy, Gina!
An adventurous week on the beautiful
Disney Treasure is on the horizon! I know you've been dreaming of warm weather and ocean views as you've been counting down to your May sailing. I'm so excited it's almost time for you to cruise to the
Western Caribbean.
Gina, the Disney Treasure, offers two spaces to catch some of the first-run movies-the
Never Land and
Wonderland Cinemas on Deck 4, Forward. Having seven nights will give you time to catch any new releases you haven't seen yet. Movie schedules are always subject to change, but the current list includes: Avatar: Fire and Ash, Fantastic Four: First Steps, Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special, Hoppers, Lilo & Stitch, and Zootopia 2. I know May 1st is the opening date for The Devil Wears Prada 2, so be sure to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app either at the port or on the ship to see if this is added to the lineup. The app will have the most up-to-date list to help you plan what to see. Just favorite or "heart" the showings you're interested in, and you'll receive a reminder in the app 15 minutes before the start time. On some of the longer sailings, you may also have an option to see the new releases in the
Walt Disney Theatre. It's always a bit more magical when you get to watch a movie at sea!
There's so much for you to experience on the Disney Treasure, Gina. Some of my favorites are anything hosted by Coriander and Sage, the ship's hilarious storytellers, listening to live music in the
Scat Cat Lounge, discovering all the details and artifacts that make the Grand Hall so unique and beautiful, and
Disney The Tale of Moana (line up early for this one!). You'll love having an entire week to explore and enjoy this beauty. The color palette is also a favorite!
Have the most magical vacation, Gina! Thank you for visiting us here at planDisney.
