I just moved to souther California and dont' have current license with my address. Is there another way to prove residency?

Hiya, Julie, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! First off, congratulations on your move, welcome to sunny Southern California! It’s great to have you hEAR! You’re going to love living so close to the Happiest Place on Earth – as a fellow Southern Californian, I feel so fortunate to be able to hop on over to the theme parks for an evening of Disneyland Resort fun!

It sounds like you may be planning on purchasing the awesome 3-Day SoCal Resident Ticket Offer, or the Disney Southern California Select Passport. Either way, you’re going to love experiencing the magic of the Disneyland Resort! Both the SoCal Resident Ticket and the Southern California Select Passport require proof of Southern California residency; however, I’m happy to report that a temporary ID issued by the DMV can be used in the meantime. For the SoCal Resident Ticket Offer, the address on your temporary ID will need to show your eligible residency within ZIP codes 90000-93599, or for Northern Baja California residents, between 21000-22999. The Southern California Select Annual Passport is valid for Southern California residents living in ZIP codes 90000-93599. I asked a Cast Member what to do if you’re unable to obtain your temporary ID before your visit, and they recommended bringing a copy of your lease contract or mortgage statement, along with any utility bills with your name on them. You'll still need your valid driver’s license, since it has your photo ID on it. I hope this information helps, Julie! You can also call (714) 781-4636 for additional ticketing questions.

Before your visit to the Resort, I highly recommend downloading the Disneyland app – it’s my favorite handy helper in the parks! I use it to check attraction wait times, make dining reservations, find Characters, mobile order food and drinks, and utilize Disney MaxPass and Disney PhotoPass! Disney MaxPass is a game-changer for my family – it allows you to make Disney FASTPASS selections from the convenience of your mobile device! In addition, it includes unlimited digital downloads of your PhotoPass pictures, which is the perfect way to preserve all your magical memories!

Please stop by with any additional questions, Julie… I’m all EARs!
