    As we have just moved to FL and my kids aged 16 and 18 still do not have state IDs,can I get Florida Residents Annual Passes for them using utility bills under my name?

    Welcome to the Sunshine State! As a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder, I can tell you that the offers for Florida Residents are fabulous! To answer your question,  when you purchase the tickets, you will be required to provide names and the date of birth for each person. only adults over the age of 18 need to provide proof of residency.
