Hi, we just moved to California recently. We went to reserve our tickets for an upcoming visit and because our credit card billing address was not the same as our new California address I was unable to make the purchase. How can we still purchase tickets?

    Hi Donesha, welcome to planDisney!

The Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer is a great option for Guests residing in ZIP codes 90000 to 93599. These tickets can be used on nonconsecutive days, and they also expire on May 26, 2022, so make sure to use all three days by then!

When purchasing these tickets, you're given a few options of payment. When using the "Credit or Debit Card" option, an eligible Southern California billing address is required. Since your credit card billing address has not yet been updated to your new Southern California address, another option is to pay using a Disney Gift Card. But please know that only one gift card can be used to make the purchase. The option to use multiple gift cards is not available. If possible though, my recommendation is to actually update your credit card billing address, and use the "Credit or Debit Card" option to make your purchase.

Also, when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort theme parks, please know that you will be required to provide proof of residency, including a valid government-issued photo ID. If your government-issued photo ID does not have your current Southern California address, I recommend you bring an additional form of residency document such as a utility bill. The combination of the two should satisfy the proof of residency requirement!

And last but not least, I want to leave you with some exciting news! The amazing nighttime spectaculars are returning to the Disneyland Resort! The Main Street Electrical Parade and Disneyland Forever fireworks at Disneyland Park, and World of Color at Disney California Adventure Park are all returning on April 22, 2022!

I hope you have a magical time!

    See ya real soon!
