We just moved to california and bought the socal residents tickets, however we do not have california ids yet. Can we show proof of address instead. like a piece of mail or our lease?

Hi Trinity! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

Unfortunately, you can only prove your residence in an eligible ZIP Code for the SoCal Ticket Offer with a valid government-issued photo ID according to the terms of sale. I'm sorry if that's not the news you were hoping for today. Since you don't yet have an ID, you won't be able to enter the parks on the SoCal Ticket Offer. However, it's a good time to visit the DMV and get your temporary ID, which will count as valid proof, because you have from now until June 2, 2024, subject to theme park reservation availability, to use your tickets on select days. Plenty of time to enjoy the parks with your tickets, so long as you secure those reservations soon! They can fill up as the window of use closes.

The SoCal Ticket Offer is an incredible value for eligible Guests, and there's so much to explore this year. Right now the Lunar New Year celebration is happening at Disney California Adventure Park, and the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will be up next. If you're a foodie, there are festive menu items for the current celebration as well as plenty of new and returning favorites coming for the Food & Wine Festival. Follow Disney Eats for all the official food and beverage news about the parks.

    Have a magical day!
