I moved a booking for November to April of next year, that was 9 days ago, I'm still unable to connect my reservation with my Disney experience... and the park reservation is opened and being consumed already i cant get through to anyone, any ideas?

    Hi Martin!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's always a pleasure to answer questions from my fellow UK Guests, especially when we are in the same situation!  I have also made a reservation with a UK Tour Operator, and I know they are very busy with all the cancellations, re-booking and new guidelines that have come into effect recently. I am also awaiting my Disney Confirmation Number so that I can link my Disney park tickets to My Disney Experience, and I am checking their website every day for their latest updates.  I completely understand how frustrating this is.  If you have booked directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company International, their freephone UK number is 0800 169 0730.

As you know, theme park reservations - the new Disney Park Pass system - will be required for every day you wish to visit a Walt Disney World theme park.  This is in addition to your admission tickets, so as soon as you have linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience Account you can go ahead and make your Disney Park Pass reservations now.  Reservations can be made up until September 2021.

At this time, during the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our holidays to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic and keep your eye on any new posts from the Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.

We know you have many questions about what these new announcements mean for your upcoming visit.  Please know we’re working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible. We look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share. Come back and visit us again!  We are happy to help you plan your holiday.
