virtual queue through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. If you do not secure a reservation at that time, you can again try in the park at 1:00 PM. Also, you have the option to purchase an
Individual Lightning Lane to guarantee your out-of-this-world journey.
Sounds like you have already qualified one member of your travel party for the
Disability Access Service (DAS). The good news is that once qualified, your pass is good for 60 days. If your pre-selected attractions did not transfer to your new date, I would definitely connect back through
video chat. Video chats need to be completed two days before your arrival. On your theme park day, you should see a self-selection "DAS" tab on the app by tapping on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Also, if you have any issues, stop by
Guest Relations or the blue tents labeled
Guest Experience for assistance.
