We had to move a trip to Disney World from Dec 12-16 b/c my husband broke his leg. We were looking at Jan 9-13 now, but just saw its the marathon weekend. Are the crowds unbearable?

    Hi Jennifer!

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's injury!

The crowds are typically very low in January, and while you'll see that the crowds do increase around the marathon, they're not unbearable.  Just keep in mind that the morning of the marathon, transportation will be a little more slow going that normal because of runners on the roadways.  Roads are temporarily closed for the safety of the runners, and this can cause some back up for other guests, so plan those early morning dining reservations for another day!

    Have a magical vacation!
