Hi, there!
Julie, it looks like you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days. How very exciting!
I think you're asking about modifying an existing Theme Park Reservation. To change your Theme Park Reservation from one day to another, you first need to cancel the reservation you have. Before you cancel, though, be sure to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. You may find limited or even no availability for the date you'd like to visit instead. If there
is availability, go ahead and cancel that existing Theme Park Reservation. To cancel your Theme Park Reservation online, first log in to your
My Disney Experience account. Then, select "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage. Scroll down the page that says, "Julie's Plans and Tickets." You should see any Disney Park Passes listed there. Click on the "View Details" box that is listed next to the Disney Park Pass you'd like to reschedule. On the next page, you'll see the details of that Disney Park Pass along with a blue link that says, "Cancel This Reservation." After you've canceled the reservation, you can make the new
Theme Park Reservation via the Disney Park Pass System.
Have you downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app yet? You'll need this handy tool for your upcoming visit. With the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can place
mobile food and beverage orders, view your
Disney PhotoPass photos, view current wait times for theme park attractions, and manage all your reservations and plans, including your Theme Park Reservations. To cancel your existing Theme Park Reservation on the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on the "My Plans" and then scroll down to find the Disney Park Pass you'd like to cancel. Once you find it, click on the theme park image and then click on the cancel icon.
If you were asking about modifying a Disney Resort hotel reservation, you'll need to call the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
Before your arrival, take some time to review the
Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. It has lots of important information about the health and safety measures being taken in and out of the theme parks.
I hope this was helpful, Julie. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
