Hi David,
Welcome to planDisney! I hope you had a magical visit to Walt Disney World! Did you take
PhotoPass photos in front of the iconic Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom or the Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom? Or did you collect the photo taken as you visited the 999 happy haunts of the
Haunted Mansion?
To save photos from your Disney PhotoPass Gallery onto your phone, select the photo you’d like to download and click “Save.” At this time, you’ll have to do this for each photo individually. If you’re saving photos onto your computer, you can download many photos at once. To do this, visit the Walt Disney World website and select “My Photos” from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. This will take you to your PhotoPass Gallery. You can filter by theme park, date the photo was taken, and even include photos taken by members of your Family & Friends List. Click on the checkmark in the top right corner of a photo to select that photo for download. Once you choose one photo, a checkbox will appear under the blue “Download” button to select all visible media. Once you’ve selected all the photos you wish to download, click the download button to begin the process.
Don’t forget that your
PhotoPass photos expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken. I always recommend downloading them as soon as you return home from vacation so you don’t forget!
I hope this helps, David! Enjoy sharing the photos and stories of your Disney vacation with your family and friends! If you have any more questions, please come see us again at
