I recently had success transferring my children's
My Disney Experiences accounts that were managed by my husband to my account using the live chat feature on the Walt Disney World website. Look for the Chat icon on the righthand side of the
Help Center screen between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST. If the icon is grayed out, that just means all Cast Members are busy assisting other Guests. In my experience, if you hang out long enough on
DisneyWorld.Disney.go.com, an invitation to chat will automagically appear. You can even keep a tab open while going about your other online business, just be sure to turn the volume up so you can hear the invitation when it pops up. Make sure you have the name and email address associated with both your account and the account under which your wife and son's profiles currently exist. Once you're connected with a Cast Member, the entire process shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes.
