Is there a mousequerade and pirate night on 3-Night Halloween on the High Seas Baja Cruise from San Diego sailing 10/10-10/13 on disney wonder?

    Ahoy there, Maria Andrea!

Welcome aboard planDisney! You and your crew are in for a frightfully fun adventure aboard the Disney Wonder! A 3-night Halloween on the High Seas sailing somehow manages to pack in an incredible amount of magic, mischief, and pumpkin-filled fun in just a few days. Fair warning though: these shorter sailings have a sneaky way of making Guests immediately start looking at future cruise dates before they’ve even disembarked!

I checked in with Captain Minnie to see what spooky surprises are currently brewing in the cauldron for your sailing, and right now the plan looks like this:
    • Day 2 (At Sea) – Pirate Night
    • Day 3 (Ensenada) – Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party

So the great news is you’ll get both pirate fun and Halloween festivities during your sailing, which is basically the Disney version of getting both candy and treasure in the same sailing.

And Mickey’s Mouse-querade is much more than just a single party. Throughout the day you can expect all sorts of Halloween on the High Seas fun creeping across the ship like Oogie Boogie taking over Halloween Town. There’s usually trick-or-treating, not-so-spooky character appearances, Halloween-themed activities, eerie entertainment around the Atrium, and Halloween movies playing on Funnel Vision.

Of course, as Madame Leota would probably warn us, “beware of hitchhiking ghosts,” or in this case, schedule changes. Entertainment schedules are always subject to change, so once you’re onboard and connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the latest schedule.

My crew and I absolutely love Halloween on the High Seas sailings. One thing we’ve love doing is bringing magnetic hooks along with a few lightweight battery-powered pumpkin lights or decorations for our stateroom door. It adds a little extra Halloween spirit to the voyage, and honestly, it becomes a lifesaver when the kids are trying to spot the room after a fun-filled day at sea.

I hope this helps as you get ready for your spooky adventure at sea! Between Pirate Night, Mickey’s Mouse-querade, and all the Halloween fun onboard, your sailing aboard the Wonder is going to feel like Disney sprinkled a little extra pumpkin pixie dust across the whole voyage.

Sea ya real soon with warm air, calm seas, and a ship that always feels like home,
    Dustin
