    Are there motorized scooter to rent to get around in the park?

    Hi there, Matrina, and welcome to planDisney!

    I'm so happy that you came to us with your question! Disney does a wonderful job of making the Parks accessible to all people, so there are definitely options available to you for obtaining an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) during your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Let me go over a few of them here.

    1. If you are staying at an official Disneyland Resort Hotel, you may arrange a length-of-stay rental through the Featured Provider, ScooterBug. They would deliver your ECV directly to your hotel for your use throughout your vacation.
    2. There is a rental kiosk located just east of the Main Entrance to Disneyland where wheelchairs and ECV's are available for rent. They are on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations are not accepted, so it is recommended that you arrive early.
    3. There are several third party companies that offer ECVs for rent around the Disneyland Resort. You may find these through an Internet search but pickup and drop-off will be specific for each company.

    Disney also maintains a list of attractions detailing if transferring from your ECV is required to experience the attraction. It's a helpful tool in planning your day. 

    Did you know that you'll be visiting Disneyland Park right around its 68th birthday?! Walt Disney spoke those famous words "To all who come to this happy place: welcome..." and opened his park to the general public on July 17, 1955! I'm not sure if anything special will be announced for this year since we already have the Disney100 Celebration going on, but keep tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for any news! Either way, you can wish Disneyland Park a Happy Birthday while you're there!
