Are there "mother's rooms" (for nursing) located in Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom?

    Hi, Jaime!

You will be happy to know that all of the Disney theme parks are very "mom/baby" friendly and have wonderful Baby Care Centers for you to use. Each center has changing tables, microwaves, highchairs, and even a lovely room with rocking chairs for nursing mothers. When my kids were little, this was definitely my favorite place to be with them! The Baby Care Centers also sell all the essentials in case you need anything:  diapers, formula, baby food, and more.

Take time to locate each Baby Care Center when you enter the parks so when/if you need them, you know exactly where to go. There are also changing tables in the rest rooms for a quick change, but nothing beats the clean, wonderful Baby Care Centers. I joke to my kids who are now teenagers that we might stop in for old times' sake - I loved it in there that much!

Hopefully you will never need it, but there is also a fantastic First Aid Center in each of the theme parks. Stop in there if you need anything, even just a bandage for a blister on your toe! They are very helpful in First Aid, as they are everywhere in Walt Disney World.

Wishing you a wonderful vacation with your little one, and enjoy your time in the Baby Care Centers. I promise, they will outgrow strollers and the baby stage before you know it!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
