Hello, Our mother-in-law is a Florida resident can she buy Disney tickets for us? When she buys the tickets she can provide ID that she lives there. But however she not going to the parks with us. On the tickets do they have Florida resident printed?

Hi Courtney! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's great having a relative in Florida to visit. With the winter scenes up north this year, it's no surprise you're thinking of a warm trip to Walt Disney World! Unfortunately, while your mother-in-law could purchase tickets online, you need to show proof of Florida residency for each adult in your party before you can use them to enter the parks.

Thanks for your question, Courtney, and keep dreaming of Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
