    My mother, my (5 yr) daughter, and I will be staying at WDW Oct 20-26 2012, do you know when Mickeys not-so-scary Halloween tickets will be available to purchase and if any parts of the New Fantasyland will be open? Also do you know where we can find Ariel

    Hi Kaitlin! We are all hoping that Disney will soon release the dates for their special Magic Kingdom park parties. I too am waiting!  From the past two years it should be soon as they have released the dates and opened up reservations in late April or early May. Please keep watching for the announcement.



    It is impossible to say what exactly will be open in the New Fantasyland. While vacationing a few weeks ago they were soft opening one of the Dumbo rides, the new train station, and Goofini's roller coaster. There is a list of things they hope to open in the fall 2012 but that can change constantly.



    You can definitely see Ariel at Hollywood Studios at the Voyage of the Little Mermaid attraction as well as in the Fantasmic production. For meet and greet opportunities she is often at the Princess dining at Akershus in Norway/Epcot and sometimes at Cinderella's Royal Table.  Check with the Magic Kingdom Guest Services when you enter the park to see if she will have a location on the day of your visit in the park. She has been seen at the Adventureland Veranda Porch.
