Hello Moms! My mother is going on vacation with our fam of 4 this Aug but has her own reservation. When I book all our dining this Friday (yeah!), can I book for 5 people under my reservation even though she has her own dp? Won't I "run out"

    Hi Andrea,

Isn't it exciting to make dining plans for your upcoming vacation?  I'm so glad that your mother will be able to join your family on your Disney adventure.  Multi-generational trips are the best!

You certainly may make reservations for all five of you at once when you call Friday.  It wouldn't be a bad idea to have her reservation number in addition to yours on hand when you call (407) WDW-DINE to make your reservations.  It won't be a problem at all that she has a separate reservation.  I've made large group dining reservations involving guests in separate rooms in the past and it has never been an issue.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that there will be tables available at all of the restaurants where you wish to dine in August.

    Best wishes,
