Mother of three with children ranging in age from 8 to 16, all girls. We are going to be in Orlando for three days and want to spend two days at one or more Disney Parks. Can you recommend, in your opinion, the best two theme parks given my girls' ages?

    Hi Jennifer!

I would definitely plan on visiting the Magic Kingdom.  The Magic Kingdom is the crown jewel of Walt Disney World and, in my opinion, is the standard by which all other theme parks and amusements parks are measured against.  Guests of all ages love it and I think your three girls will as well.  It is my personal favorite!

After that, I would recommend Disney's Hollywood Studios.  However, the choice isn't as black and white.  I think your girls would love all of the attractions and shows, but not every attraction will be suitable for everybody.  For example, your oldest might love thrill rides and will absolutely want to do Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Staring Aerosmith and the Tower of Terror; both of those may be too extreme for your youngest.  Meanwhile, your youngest may want to see the Voyage of the Little Mermaid show and Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage.  I think most guests love the Beauty and the Beast stage show, but some guests don't appreciate the Little Mermaid show.

That said, all of the Walt Disney World theme parks are fabulous if you've never been before.  So if everybody in your family is a real animal lover, you might find Disney's Animal Kingdom more attractive.  If everybody is interested in international travel, a trip to Epcot might be worthwhile.  It's not an easy decision with four spectacular parks to chose from.  Good luck with your decision, and write back if you have any more questions!
