Hello, My mother has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. She is my best friend and Disneyland is her favorite. She will have 4 to 6 months after her final chemo. Is there any way to get her there for one last trip ? We will all be fully vaccinated by 4/19.

    Hello, Heather!

Welcome to planDisney! We are SO honored you stopped by, and we are very excited to answer your question regarding this very special and MAGICAL trip with your mother.

I want to start off by saying that your mom is SO incredibly blessed to have you as a daughter. I know you have walked with your mom through this whole experience, and you can tell how much you love and care for her. Thank you for setting the example for all of us.

As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are working really hard on the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort! WOO HOO! So, are you ready for some TIGGER-ific news?! I am very happy to inform you that you can begin planning the most INCREDIBLE vacation with your mom by purchasing Disneyland Theme Park Tickets and making a reservation for Disneyland Park or Disney's California Adventure Park starting April 15, 2021! On this date, I am also very excited to share with you that Walt Disney Travel Company packages will be available as well! That means you can make a reservation at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa! This place is AH-mazing!

In just a few days, you will be able to plan the most practically perfect in every way trip for you and your mom. This time is going to be so special for the two of you! If there is ANYTHING else we can do to help, please do not hesitate to ask!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
