My mother and sister are planning their trip for next year. My question is can they make changes to their reservations before they check in and if there would be a penalty to do this? Thanks for the info and any help you can give us.

    Hi Sheila!

What fun!  How kind are you to inquire on their behalf - what a sweetie!  They can make as many changes to their reservation as they would like, without penalty, until 45 days before travel.  Once they hit the 45 day mark, they may still make changes, but they will incur a penalty.  If they cancel after the 45 day mark, they will lose their deposit of $200.00.  If they make a change that LOWERS the cost of their package within those 45 days, a charge of $50.00 will be incurred.  Sooo, I would advise making any changes sooner, rather than later.  I hope that they have an awesome vacation!
