Hey there, Matthew, and welcome to planDisney! Right now is such a busy time for the Walt Disney World Resort. With the
50th Anniversary Celebration in full swing,
EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom, and Spring Break in full effect, the Theme Parks are bustling! While this is extremely exciting, it definitely adds some stress to the planning process.
Matthew, unfortunately, the
Theme Park Reservation Calendar does not show any availability for your arrival dates. Walt Disney World currently requires that Guests have valid Theme Park Tickets and a
Disney Park Pass Reservation to gain entry into the Theme Parks. So if your parents are without park reservations, they would not be able to enter the Theme Parks with your vacation party.
All is not lost! I recommend that you speak with an
Existing Tickets Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 to explain your current situation and see if there are additional options available to your parents. Cast Members always have something up their sleeve, and perhaps they have some viable options to meet your needs! As you can imagine, the phone lines are pretty busy right now, so I suggest giving the Cast Member a call when the lines open at 7 a.m. EST to try and get the shortest wait time. I also suggest that you continue to review the Reservation Availability Calendar to see if availability opens up. Be sure to link the exchange certificates in the
My Disney Experience account ahead of time so you can quickly grab any available reservations if they open up.
I hope this helps, Matthew!
Until Next Time,
PG
