My mother in law bought the entire family-3 sets of families (6 kids) to Disney World. She already has the MDE App and has our tickets linked to her account, however, how do we get each of our own tickets linked to our own MDE app

    Howdy Mackenzie!

Welcome to planDisney!  Your vacation to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" sounds "Practically Perfect in every way!" Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your family is always filled with "Magic Around Every Corner!" Thank you for stopping by and sharing your question with me!

Since your mother-in-law purchased your theme park tickets and they are linked to her My Disney Experience, you need to all be friends and connected in the "My Family & Friends List." Your mother-in-law will need to send a friend request to every adult via email.  Your mother-in-law will find this option on the welcome page under "My Profile." At the top of the page, you will see the "Family & Friends List" option.  Towards the bottom of this page, you will see the option to "Add a Guest." This is where your mother-in-law will need to enter the name and age of each family member and email the request.  The My Disney Experience mobile app will prompt her through these steps.  Once everyone is linked in the "Family & Friends List," your mother-in-law will be able to share her plans.  Under the "Want to Share Your List" question.  Your mother-in-law will need to choose the "Yes, share my Family & Friends list" option.  At this point, you should be able to see your theme park tickets and make your Disney Park Pass Reservations!  If you are still having trouble viewing your theme park tickets on your My Disney Experience mobile app, you will need to speak with a Cast Member with My Disney Experience at the Walt Disney World Resort.  I have placed a link in the highlighted text above for easy access to the phone number you would need.

With your vacation just a few weeks away, check the Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar to ensure that your dates are available for the theme park you would like to visit.  Once you have your theme park tickets and your Disney Park Pass Reservations, you are all set!

Your visit to Neverland with your family will be filled with "What dreams are made of!"  To capture more unforgettable memories, I recommend adding Memory Maker to your vacation!  Since everyone will be linked as Family & Friends, you will be able to capture an unlimited amount of photos at one great price, and the best part is that everyone can be in the picture!

As you continue to plan your visit to Neverland, check the Disney Parks Blog to learn about everything to see and do during your stay!  If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney!  We look forward to helping you with all your planning questions to make your family vacation unforgettable, Mackenzie!
