My Disney Experience, the first thing I would do is to contact your Travel Agent or third party to make sure the names and numbers are correct. If they are, and they are still not linking up property, you’ll want to contact the
Internet Help Desk for My Disney Experience. You can speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 to get help in linking up the reservation. If all else fails, a Cast Member may be able to look you up in the reservations system, though if you booked with a third party, they will be the only ones that can make changes to the reservation.
