My mother is with COVID , she can not go we us this vacations . I already purchased her tickets . I want to know how can I reimburse them

    Hi Maria! Welcome to planDisney!

I see you will be arriving tomorrow at the Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration! Be sure to check out the two new nighttime spectaculars.  At Magic Kingdom Park enjoy Disney Enchantment spreading shimmering EARidescient glimmer from Main Street U.S.A. to Cinderella's Castle. Harmonious brings people together through Disney music and stories at EPCOT.

Speaking of EPCOT, you are arriving at the very beginning of The International Festival of the Arts. I personally love having the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series in Florida during my vacation. And who does not love a little art on a plate? Be sure to check out all the food studios located throughout the park.

I am beyond sorry COVID has struck your family like so many of us in the recent weeks, myself included.  I thank you and your mother for abiding by the Health Protocols set forth by Walt Disney World. The site states, if you are your party, cannot meet these standards to please contact the Disney Reservation Center to reschedule your visit. I do not see the wording on refunds, but I suspect a friendly Cast Member will be able to address your question specifically. Another option may be to reassign the unused ticket to another person.

Again, my heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery to your mother. I hope your vacation will remain a Magical and healthy adventure.

    See You Real Soon,
