Hi, My mother bought the socal 3 day ticket but is unable to go before expiration. Is there anything she can do with the ticket or cancel it ? refund ? or have it go towards a future ticket ?

Hello there, Victoria! Thanks so much for dropping by planDisney with your ticket question for us.

Oh boy! I am so sorry to hear that your mom purchased a SoCal Ticket Offer and she has not been able to use it. Unfortunately, tickets are nonrefundable. However, if your mom cannot use the ticket before May 15, 2025, when these tickets expire, you may be able to apply this ticket towards a new ticket. According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, wholly unused, expired tickets may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket as long as the price is of equal or greater value than the price of the purchased ticket. There is a new ticket offer that was recently announced for the 70th Celebration. This may be a great alternative option for your mom to look into, and these tickets are valid through mid-August 2025. To inquire about applying the purchase of your mom's ticket to a new ticket, I recommend reaching out to Ticket Services

The 70th Celebration will be bringing lots of new and returning entertainment, attraction additions, limited-time food, merchandise, and more! I don't know what I am most excited about, but I am really excited to see Paint the Night parade return.

Victoria, I really hope that your mom can find time to use her ticket and be one step closer to a magical visit!  We are here if you have any other questions!
