Hey there, Amanda!
Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney! It looks like you and your mother are each planning trips to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and that's great to hear!
It sounds like you're seeing theme park reservations for two and not the theme park reservations for four that you expect to see. My best suggestion is to give a call to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 to talk through the details of your tickets and your reservations. Given the details, I'm sure the friendly Help Desk Cast Members can take a look at what's going on with your theme park reservations.
I can share a few quick steps that I hope will help for making Walt Disney World Resort theme park reservations and then confirming that those reservations are made. It's quite likely that you followed these same steps yourself, but it might be helpful to offer them as a quick recap.
The first step is to check that your theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. Sign in to your
My Disney Experience account and go to the "My Plans" area which is the first menu area. Take a look at the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets section and look at the Tickets & Memory Maker tab. You'll see that the theme park tickets you purchased are displayed, and you'll see the names assigned to the tickets. If you need to, you can
link tickets to your account by entering your ticket information. (Keep in mind that theme park tickets are for Guests age 3 and older).
The next step after checking that everyone has tickets is to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. Take a look at the Daily Itinerary tab in the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets section. It's just to the left of the Tickets & Memory Maker tab. The Daily Itinerary will display your theme park reservations that you make through the Disney Park Pass system. It will display the date of the reservation, the theme park you selected, the number of Guests, and their names. (Keep in mind that like theme park tickets, theme park reservations are for Guests age 3 and older).
To add a theme park reservation to your Daily itinerary, go the the Add More Plans menu and select Theme Park Reservations to go to the
Disney Park Pass system. Select the names of those Guests going to the theme park with you, select your date, and select your theme park. The Disney Park Pass system will prompt you to review and confirm your selection. You can go back to your My Plans area and look at your Daily Itinerary where you'll see a display of the theme park reservations you just made.
You can also access the Disney Park Pass system directly from the My Disney Experience menu. In a similar way, you can access the Disney Park Pass system through your
My Disney Experience mobile app.
Amanda, I hope these steps and the information for contacting the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk get you and your family all set to go and enjoy all the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
