Hi Mark!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! October is a fantastic time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, so your family will have an awesome time visiting the "Most Magical Place on Earth" this autumn. You should consider enjoying
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party during your trip, which is a great way to celebrate the season in Magic Kingdom!
I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your new reservation to your
My Disney Experience account. If your trip is either a hotel reservation or a vacation package reservation, then you should be able to link your reservations using the
hotel and vacation package linking tool. Otherwise, if you purchased theme park tickets on their own, then you should be able to link them to your account using the
ticket linking tool. Since you're having trouble linking your new reservation, I recommend that you
call the My Disney Experience support number so the Cast Members can help you link your new reservation to your account.
Mark, don't forget that you will need both
theme park tickets and
theme park reservations for each person in your group who is 3 years old and above for each day you will be visiting the theme parks.
Theme park reservation availability is limited, so I recommend that you make them as soon as possible once your tickets are linked to My Disney Experience so you can enjoy the perfect vacation itinerary during your trip.
Feel free to come back to see us if we can help you again as you continue planning your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
