This morning I went on my reservations and deleted a park day because i wanted to change it to another Park. Now it will not let me reserve another park. I keep getting to park party reserve page and it keeps telling me to remove anyone under 3 no one is.

Hello there! Welcome to planDisney, Brittany. We’re so glad you’re here!

Oh darn, I’m bummed to hear you’re having trouble with your Theme Park Reservations. That is so frustrating! Technology is great, but let’s be honest, sometimes our devices let us down, so let’s see what we can do!

First, if you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app, I would start by restarting your device. Sometimes, refreshing the device and app does the trick to bypass any wonky glitches. However, if that doesn’t do it, I would hop over to the Walt Disney World Resort website and try making your new theme park reservation this way. To do so, log into your My Disney Experience account and hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner. From there, select “My Plans” from the drop-down. Once loaded, you’ll scroll down and hover over “Park Reservations” and click on “Make a Park Reservation.” You can then follow the prompts, and hopefully, you will be able to secure your reservation.

If that is still not working, it may be time to call on our friends on the My Disney Experience
and MagicBands team to help troubleshoot this issue. You can reach one of these friendly Cast Members by calling (407) 939-4357, and they will be happy to help you!

I did take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar for you, and luckily, it does look like all four theme parks are still available during your visit. So, while availability can change at any time, you should be just fine to secure your reservation, so long as you reach out for support within the coming days.

While I have you, Brittany, I wanted to remind you to set a calendar reminder to log into your My Disney Experience account 60 days before your check-in to make your Advanced Dining Reservations. There are so many fabulous restaurants to enjoy, and I want to make sure you get to experience those at the top of your bucket list! So, don't forget to set that reminder, grab a cup of coffee for energy, and be sure to log in at 6:00 a.m. on that 60-day mark to snag your table at one of these fabulous spots, Space 220 Restaurant in EPCOT. The food here is out of this world! (see what I did there?)

Please, don't hesitate to stop in again with any other questions you may have! I hope to see you again real soon!

    Have a magical day!
