Morning we are thinking of Teppan Edo for our next visit however my oldest will NOT eat any sort of noodles can this be substituted for something else like extra rice?

    Hi Judith!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with that great question!

My youngest is an extremely picky eater too, so I can completely relate to your predicament. Having said that, I can assure you that you may request a substitution for rice instead of noodles. The chefs at Teppan Edo are extremely accommodating, so if your oldest doesn't like a particular ingredient, or flavor, they'll prepare and substitute for the preferred ingredient(s). Another option would be to bring whichever food your child likes to the restaurant. I would not recommend doing this in the "real world". However, it may end up being a workable solution for your family. You won't be made to feel out of place doing that there either. Then again, you child may surprise you and end up loving the food at Teppan Edo after all! I suggest trying the tempura appetizer. It's absolutely delicious, and available for both lunch and dinner.

I hope this helps, Judith. Please write back with any other questions you may have for us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We'll be more than happy to help you plan a magical Disney getaway.

Wishing you a most unforgettable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
